Question (tw: eating disorders)

Is it possible to restrict a wee bit (or just exercise a bit more…eh…caution in choosing food items) and start exercising more without going totally overboard?

  1. summersanginme answered: well, I have a friend who has to due to digestive problems that occurred from her ED, but she works with a school nutritionist to be safe.
  2. cream-and-stars answered: If you’re worried about going overboard, better to wait. Try to evaluate where that impulse is coming from and whether that’s healthy or not?
