I have a
reading nook. It currently contains a fuzzy blue blanket, a reading pillow, a lamp, a “waterfall” scented candle, my water bottle, a box of tissues, my tiny ceramic lamb and owl, my box of good thoughts from friends J & other WC folks, and, of course, Laurie Halse Anderson’s Speak. To add: bean bag chair, poster(s), wee table (box covered in fabric?). Plan for tonight:...

Love is louder. Love is walking back from the concert, love is showing up at your door in my pajamas with a bottle of nail polish, love is wanting to know you. Love is being a new kind of friend to you. Love is joking to make me laugh when you can’t understand the pain but want to make it leave me. Love is midnight cereal being the only meal I didn’t purge up all day, because I’m...

oh my goodness, I haven’t had such a painful period in at least six months. drugs + heating pad + tons of water = no relief. I can barely get anything done and I’ve been in tears from the pain at least three times. and I leave for the west coast Tuesday. I do not have time for this.

advice re: iPhone 3
1. Big, giant, sky-tearing thunderstorm. God how I will miss this in Oregon, argh. 2. A question. Right now an iPhone 3 is only $50 for me, and my mom has offered to get me one. The way I see it: Pros: full keypad for texting. ability to check email/Tumblr anywhere (this is a major pro because I’d stop bringing my laptop so many places). can function as an iPod. Cons: doesn’t fit so...

Why the fuck am I awake?! Tomorrow: sleep late if possible. Then: print recipes & fall schedule + booklist, clean room, near-finish packing, and then German food and my brother’s play in the evening.

let's play the I love you game
I love when someone says something that indicates that his/her friends or family know tons of details about you…just because he/she talks about you that much. And you realize how much you must mean to that person. Warm fuzzies. :) Reblog and add something you love!
